What to expect

Join us for the Spark of Illumination: The Art of Shadow Alchemy, a dynamic and immersive exploration of Shadow. This approach goes beyond books, journaling, and meditation to ignite the beginnings of true, embodied transformation. (“Transformation” is rarely a single event; it often starts with a breakthrough and evolves through ongoing awareness and intentional practice. This workshop provides the breakthrough and equips you with tools and guidance to sustain and deepen the changes you wish to create.)
Guided by professional facilitators and supported by the energy of group engagement, this workshop offers an unparalleled opportunity for personal growth and healing. Through a series of experiential practices, you’ll explore and integrate:
  • Consciousness and Energy: Practices to bring shadow aspects into awareness, unlocking trapped energy to enhance presence and vitality.
  • Spirituality: Reconnect with your core essence, access deeper meaning, and align with a greater sense of purpose.
  • Psychology: Rooted in Jungian theory, this workshop provides structured support to explore suppressed traits and emotions, fostering psychological resilience and conscious living.
  • Somatic Intelligence: Transformative body-based practices that allow you to process emotions holistically and empower lasting change.
This isn’t a journey you’ll navigate alone. With guided processes and somatic practices, you’ll move beyond theory into a felt, transformative experience. The nurturing environment provides the perfect backdrop for illuminating hidden aspects of the self, releasing stagnant energy, and stepping into a more integrated and empowered sense of being.
Not only will this weekend be a guide for you but will also inspire a profound and lasting transformation, preparing you more fully for the Water, Fire & Air journeys ahead.
You will learn valuable tools and techniques for understanding your own healing journey, triggers, wounds and protective mechanisms which will support your pathway through the Integrity Seminars programs.  You will develop a tool kit of personal growth practices that will serve you greatly on the road ahead.
This weekend is a great supplement to the Integrity Seminar’s journey of transformation and is sure to enlighten the way forward!

Your Spark of Illumination Facilitators

Nathalie is a transformational guide and facilitator at Integrity Seminars, where she supports individuals in breaking through internal limitations, navigating personal challenges, and stepping into new levels of growth and self-leadership. Through experiential and embodied practices—including Fire Walking (Sundoor Certified)and Shadow Work®—she invites people to meet their inner world with courage, responsibility, and integrity, creating lasting change from the inside out. Nathalie has also recently founded the SoulFire Academy of Firewalking.
As a dedicated holistic practitioner, healer, and mystic, Nathalie brings a uniquely integrated approach to personal development—bridging deep inner work with practical, grounded transformation. She is the visionary behind the 12 Archetypes of a Powerful Woman Wheel, the Woman Unveiled Mystery School, the Unveil the Mythic Feminine Oracle Deck, and the 12 Archetypes Program, and is the author of the spiritual fiction novel All the Light and Dark Things.

With a deep well of courage and compassion shaped by personal experience, Gretchen excels at “meeting people where they are.” While she has a handful of meaningful credentials, she’s most proud of her ability to bring both skill and HEART to her work, creating a space where people feel safe to explore their own healing. Gretchen has thousands of hours of conflict engagement experience working extensively with individuals and groups in both personal communities and the U.S. federal government.
