What to expect
INTRO: WHY IGNITE?
Growing up today isn’t easy.
Between pressure, uncertainty, and endless noise, many teens lose connection to the most important thing: who they really are.
IGNITE is here to change that.
Over a powerful 3-part experience, teens will reconnect with their self-worth, build emotional resilience, and create a confident, purpose-driven future—while parents gain tools, trust, and insight to support the journey.
This isn’t about fixing broken teens.
It’s about helping them come back to wholeness and learn how high they can rise.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Program Flow
- Intro Evening: June 25
Teens and parents kick off the journey together with powerful conversations, goal setting, and a vision of what’s possible. - Follow-Up Call (3 Weeks Later): July
Clarify goals, answer questions, and prepare for the deep dive. - 3-Day Retreat (August 19–21):
A transformational weekend of self-awareness, emotional growth, leadership skills, communication mastery, and real-world project development. - Ongoing Support:
Email access, downloadable resources, and check-ins to sustain growth. - Follow-Up Event (Early October):
Teens present their personal projects, celebrate their breakthroughs, and families reconnect and integrate lasting change.

Rae-ann Wood-Schatz
Rae-ann Wood-Schatz is the owner and president of Integrity Seminars.
Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology, several Masters Level Social Work courses and Masters Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Shamanic Coach and Practitioner, and Certified Facilitator of The Samurai Game.
Dolphin Kasper
Dolphin is a consummate coach, transformative communicator and facilitator of human potential. Co-founder of Relationflix, and founder of Evolve Now, he and the organizations he has created are dedicated to creating innovative opportunities for people to improve the depth, quality and potential of their most cherished relationships. In his over 25 years of experience working with people and their relational lives, Dolphin has discovered incredibly powerful insights and methods relating to healing our past and taking full control of our present. Riverside Acres is a 14 acre wellness retreat brimming with natural beauty alongside the Redwater river near
Vimy, AB. They have created an enchanting off-grid space for guests to swap their busy schedules for a tranquil experience.
