Are you ready to discover your inner strength, build unshakable self-esteem, and forge meaningful connections that will help shape and guide your future? Join us for a series of empowering evening workshops leading to an unforgettable, life-changing weekend retreat.
Our human story is always in motion. From the beginning, the challenges of learning and personal growth have been where we feel most uncertain AND where we can develop our greatest confidence. Those willing to face these uncomfortable moments, to lean into what’s hard about life to create more self-awareness and connection to their purpose, will find inspiration and power that transcends anything of the confusion and difficulties of our personal lives.
Our journey together will involve three primary spaces.
One will be the open space of Integrity Seminars where will have the chance to get to know one another, learn about ourselves in important ways, and lay the foundation for the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead of us in our lives.
The second will be out in nature. As the natural environment has an intelligence all its own and a wisdom that we can always learn from, the program will take advantage of the learning and introspection that outdoor environments provide.
The third will be our retreat centre space where we will gather over 3 days and deepen and expand on the learning we have explored in the workshops and the homework we do during the workshop time.
Together these spaces and the time we spend together will be the catalyst for vital realizations, recognition of our strength and intelligence, and the vision for how we can be the conscious agencies at the centre of how our life evolves.
Boys and girls, as they make the journey from childhood through adolescence into adulthood, need recognition and support from a community of healthy adults. Adults too, many of whom have not been appropriately guided and recognized on their journey into manhood or womanhood, need these experiences in order to become complete men and women. And so, you know we get it – being a teenager is not easy and is a unique adventure with its own set of challenges and breakthroughs. Sometimes it might feel like adults just ‘don’t get it’, but what if we told you that we’ve been there too? What if we told you that we are paying attention and deeply listening to the voices of young people and we want to be in service to you and your journey?
Our team of mentors, coaches, and guides is not here to lecture or dictate but to envision, collaborate, and co-create with you.

1. We’ve Walked roads similar to yours
We were teenagers once, navigating the ups and downs of adolescence. We’ve faced uncertainty, tackled self-discovery, and grappled with questions about identity and purpose. And, we’ve spent much of our adult life healing our own wounded pieces so we can help others, just like you, do the same. Trust us; we’ve been there.
2. A Bridge, Not a Barrier
We’re not here to be authority figures telling you what to do. We’re here to be bridges connecting your experiences with our wisdom and your current challenges with all the opportunities that are waiting for you. Together, we’ll navigate the journey, bridging the gap between your current world and the one you want to create.
3. Your Voice Matters
We’re not just listeners; we’re hearers. Your thoughts, feelings, and perspectives are not only valued but crucial to the dialogue. You will have a safe space where your voice is heard, honored, and amplified; it will shape the conversation.
4. Learning and Growing Together
We’re not claiming to have all the answers. Instead, we’re committed to setting off on a journey of mutual learning and fulfillment. Your insights will inform and motivate us just as much as our presence and support will help guide you.

Trust is earned, not given. We’re committed to earning your trust by being authentic, transparent, respectful, and deeply interested in your unique journey and your success.
So, let’s dissolve the barriers of limiting beliefs like ‘teens don’t care about their future’ and that ‘adults just don’t GET IT’. Together, we’ll create a space where you have a community in which your challenges are not yours alone anymore, they are shared. Your Facilitators
Rae-ann Wood-Schatz
Rae-ann Wood-Schatz is the owner and president of Integrity Seminars.
Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology, several Masters Level Social Work courses and Masters Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Shamanic Coach and Practitioner, and Certified Facilitator of The Samurai Game.
Dolphin Kasper
Dolphin is a consummate coach, transformative communicator and facilitator of human potential. Co-founder of Relationflix, and founder of Evolve Now, he and the organizations he has created are dedicated to creating innovative opportunities for people to improve the depth, quality and potential of their most cherished relationships. Riverside Acres is a 14 acre wellness retreat brimming with natural beauty alongside the Redwater river near
Vimy, AB. They have created an enchanting off-grid space for guests to swap their busy schedules for a tranquil experience.
