Integrity Seminars is a Personal Development company that has been operating from Edmonton since 2001. Our mission is to support the people that come through our doors in transforming their lives and being able to live the lives that they previously thought were only a dream.
Integrity Seminars is grounded in a model of transformative, experiential learning – a way of learning that gives people an awareness of the basic structures in which they know, think and act.
We have a variety of programs available for people and our Core Program is one main course divided into four different levels. Level 1 – The Earth Journey, Level 2 – The Water Journey, Level 3 – The Fire Journey, and Level 4 – The Air Journey.
The purpose of our programs is to transform the way one see’s and makes sense of life so that situations one has been tolerating clear up in the process of living itself. The point is to leave participants free to BE, while increasing their effectiveness and the quality of their life. Our training is experiential and transformational in nature.
From that awareness comes a fundamental shift that leaves people more fully in accord with their possibilities and those of others.
Participants find themselves able to think and act beyond existing views and limits – in their personal and professional lives, relationships, and broader communities of interest.
As many of our staff are engrained in following the teachings of Mother Nature and Shamanism, we have decided to help you understand the potential journey, should you join us, from both a nature and elemental perspective, and a practical, pragmatic perspective. People of all ages, genders, races and classes have taken our courses, and no matter what your background or history is, we believe there is tons of value if you are ready to up level and transform your life!
Rae-ann Wood-Schatz

Rae-ann Wood-Schatz would self describe as a woman who lives every day with the desire and commitment to make a difference in the life of whomever she connects with on that given day, in that given moment.
Her passion for people comes from a deep-seated belief that we are all infinitely capable of doing better and being better and that sometimes what we lack is capacity. The capacity to get out of our own way, to shed the old stories and old beliefs that keep us stuck in patterns of behavior and thinking that ultimately lead to less than stellar results.
Her own journey of personal development and evolution has included being a student of the programs she now teaches, the first Canadian facilitator of the Samurai Game, a degree in Psychology, a master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, a certified Soul Retrieval Specialist, a Shamanic Coach and Practitioner, and rounding it all out, a teacher of Shamanic Initiation for the Institute for Shamanic Medicine.
She has been a trainer for NAIT’s Faculty Wellness Committee, a trainer for HIV Edmonton, was the Executive Director for Peer Support Services For Abused Women and a counsellor at the former Calgary Sexual Assault Centre and Sheriff King Home for Battered Women.
She has owned and operated her own company Integrity Seminars since 2001.
So to summarize, her ‘where’ has been diverse, her ‘what’ has evolved and her ‘why’ has stayed the same; assist others to build the capacity to be the best version of themselves, no matter what stands in their way.

Rodolfo Menjivar

Rodolfo has been actively involved in his personal development with Integrity for eight years now. He has participated in virtually every course offered both as a participant and many times as a volunteer.
He has grown and evolved into a man that is both dedicated and ready to support others along in their process. He knows it can be a difficult path to walk, and that is why he is committed to making sure everything outside of the classroom is taken care of so the client can focus on their process.
Rodolfo is also an author who released his first book called “Life Balance – Love Your Life by Finding Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Abundance.” This book is for people that are looking to live healthier lifestyles but are not sure what to do or how to start.
He also went through our Creation Coach certification process in 2018 and is now a Certified Life Coach. He chose to do this so that he would have another tool on his tool belt to be able to support better those wanting to make a change in their life. He is currently enrolled in Shamanic studies and is also training to be a Shamanic Coach to further his connection with Spirit and be able to assist people in this way.
He completed his Meditation Teacher Training in January of 2022 and Co-authored a book that went bestseller in 2022 as well. He is always looking for new ways to serve his community.
He also hosts a men’s group called Brothers From Other Mothers to help men get moving on their journeys of personal evolution.
Melanie Pearson
Team Coordinator/Team Trainer/Coach
Melanie started her personal development journey in 2005 and has been involved with Integrity since 2015. She has participated in every course offered and has volunteered over the years multiple times. Demonstrating giving is a gigantic part of who she is.
She continues to gain insight into herself, discovering more and more what she is capable of and loves to share her experience and heart with all those who cross her path. Her dream has always been to support others to see the beautiful diamond that they are inside. She knows from her own journey that it can be a long road to get there, and has learned how to be the best kind of support to others along the way.
She has a background in addictions, as well as being a single parent for many years and so has knowledge of what it is like to raise a teenager on her own. She has acquired many different strategies for helping others get and maintain sobriety, as well as many resources for struggling parents of children of any age.
Melanie also went through the Creation Coach certification process and is now a Certified Coach. She chose to do this to enrich her skills and acquire more tools in her tool belt to help others in any way that she can.
Melanie is living her passion and living the dream life she has always wanted, by being in support of others and being part of an enriched community.
Brad Freeman
Level 3 Facilitator
Working with Integrity Seminars has allowed Brad to be a catalyst between people who strive for excellence and a company committed to the excellence of others.
Now a successful coach, Brad started out as a mechanic wondering why he felt unfulfilled with life. He didn’t know what he was looking for, where to find it, or where to start correcting the problem. On the recommendation of a friend, he enrolled in his first personal development program. That program (The Basic Program) shaped the foundation for the life he lives today.
Finding and connecting to his passion for understanding people through the Integrity programs that followed, Brad enjoys the virtues of a life lived with purpose and mindfulness. He coaches people all over the world on how to build better businesses by focusing on their perspectives, attitudes, values, behaviours, and passions.
Brad is able to leverage nearly ten years of coaching and business experience to support our clients to capitalize on the concepts delivered in our courses.
After all, education without implementation is just entertainment.
Elise Brathwaite

Elise Brathwaite is a Modern Mystic & Soul Speaker. She supports deep level transformation for her clients and students through a variety of healing modalités.
Elise comes from a strong line of intuitive healers through her Afro-Caribbean and Irish ancestors.
She has overcome many challenges which has deepened her ability to hold powerful space for healing.
Her mission?? To Bring The Medicine to those ready for a breakthrough. To those who are done with feeling limited and frustrated and are truly ready to experience a connected purposeful and powerful life!
Elise is the proud mom of 2 amazing young men. She is committed to creating connections within her communities and is deeply passionate about guiding people back to what matters most; love, unity and connection.

Shawna MacNeil is a dynamic business professional with a versatile background in business development, marketing, and administration. With a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Accounting and a Diploma in Medical Administration, Shawna has cultivated a diverse career that blends strategic business expertise with a deep passion for supporting others.
Currently, Shawna plays a key role at Integrity Seminars, where she creates impactful marketing content and drives business development by expanding corporate awareness. She is also leading the build and development of the upcoming Soultuary Wellness Center, launching in 2025 under the Integrity Seminars brand. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to successfully establish and grow Medi Pedi Edmonton, where she educates and promotes healthy, safe foot care practices. In addition, Shawna offers business consulting services, helping entrepreneurs develop and expand their businesses with clarity and confidence.
Recognizing the need for meaningful, connection-driven networking, Shawna has started facilitating Integrity Business Connect, a networking event designed to help professionals build authentic relationships instead of focusing on transactional, sales-driven interactions. This space allows business owners and professionals to develop genuine, long-lasting connections by learning effective networking strategies that emphasize trust, value, and collaboration.
