In this level you will have the opportunity to take 4 weekends to really step into the role of leader; leader in your life, leader in the group if you so choose, and more importantly a role model for others and a beacon of what works.  You will set goals for personal evolution in Weekend One, and will be given the tools to help execute on those goals so you can begin to see the tangible results of everything you have worked on in the previous levels up to this point.
